　　CCTV News:A few days ago, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Ministry of Justice and the All-China Lawyers Association jointly issued a notice to launch the public welfare legal service for migrant workers in the new year.

　　The notice made it clear that in 2023, local trade unions, judicial administrative departments and lawyers’ associations will jointly carry out actions to provide public welfare, professional and comprehensive legal services for workers with new employment forms, mainly migrant workers. Promote and improve the long-term mechanism to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers in new employment forms, and provide support for meeting the diversified legal service needs of workers in new employment forms and building harmonious and stable labor relations.

　　The circular requires local trade unions and judicial administrative departments to strengthen cooperation with people’s organizations, courts, representative organizations of enterprises and other departments, strengthen the source management of labor disputes in the field of new employment forms, promote the establishment of various forms of communication and dialogue mechanisms within enterprises, and require local trade unions to explore and promote the establishment of trade union legal service stations in arbitration courts and people’s courts where there are many labor dispute cases and workers’ demands are concentrated, so as to provide "one-stop" laws such as legal consultation, document drafting and case agency for workers in new employment forms.

　　In addition, all localities will also organize social professional lawyers to connect with industry associations, platform enterprises and their cooperative employment enterprises in the field of new employment forms, gain an in-depth understanding of the employment situation of new employment forms, organize the "legal physical examination" activities of employment, and provide legal risk assessment and consulting services for enterprises with concentrated workers in new employment forms.
