The second is that the owners jointly decide to entrust the property service person to manage, which is also the most common property management model.
Third, what is a property service person?
There are three types listed in Beijing Property Management Regulations. The first type is a property service enterprise, which is an enterprise that provides property services to owners according to the signed property service contract, which is what we usually call a property company. The second type is a unit that provides professional management such as cleaning and order management, such as professional cleaning companies and security companies; The third type is other property managers, who are mainly professional managers who give advice and help communities organize property service activities.
