The Yangpu Economic Development Zone in Danzhou City undertakes the important task of being a pilot zone and a demonstration zone for free trade ports. 　　Auska Grain and Oil, located in the Bonded Port Area of Yangpu Economic Development Zone, is the first large-scale entity enterprise introduced here after the release of the Overall Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port in 2020.

　　Zhang Hui, the person in charge of the enterprise, told the reporter that the production of the enterprise is now on the right track, but it is not easy to recall the landing of Yangpu. Three years ago, the factory was still a shrubby wasteland. With the help of the government, the enterprise worked three shifts all day, and it took only half a year from the start to the completion, which set the fastest speed for the enterprises in Yangpu Economic Development Zone to set up factories.

　　The speed of building a factory has greatly improved, which has won time for Zhang Hui’s enterprise and made it the first batch of stress testing enterprises in Yangpu Economic Development Zone. During the stress test, the products produced by Zhanghui enterprise could not enjoy the new policy of tariff reduction and exemption because of the incompatibility of local multi-department systems. The local government found the problem in time, and improved the system loopholes by coordinating customs and other departments, and found a way for enterprises to adapt to the new policy.

　　Government services are in place, and more and more market players gather here. At present, the number of registered enterprises has increased from more than 2,900 to nearly 15,000. In order to better integrate resource service enterprises, in 2021, the decision on the integrated development of Danzhou City and Yangpu Economic Development Zone officially landed. In order to continuously improve the business environment, the first business environment construction bureau in Hainan Province was established here in April last year. A month later, Danzhou also introduced the enterprise service Commissioner system.

　　The improvement of the business environment and the implementation of preferential policies have enabled enterprises to run out of the "acceleration". In 2022, the revenue of enterprises in Yangpu Economic Development Zone increased by 50.5%, and the total value of trade import and export increased by 35.6% year-on-year, accounting for nearly half of the province.
