From January to October this year, the growth rate of industrial added value in the province was 4.4%, which was 0.3 percentage points higher than that in the whole country. The added value of high-tech manufacturing industry increased by 7.6%, which was 5.7 percentage points higher than that in the whole country. It is necessary to further enhance the sense of responsibility, mission and urgency, promote the intelligent, green and integrated development of the province’s industry, accelerate the construction of digital Liaoning and a strong province with intelligence, and strive to build four trillion-level industrial bases for advanced equipment manufacturing, petrochemical and fine chemicals, metallurgical new materials and high-quality consumer goods industries, and strengthen and expand 12 influential advantageous industrial clusters such as CNC machine tools, ships and offshore equipment. Cultivate and expand 10 strategic emerging industrial clusters such as new energy vehicles and integrated circuit equipment, accelerate the formation of a number of competitive industrial clusters, industrial parks, first-class enterprises and industrial layouts with reasonable division of labor, outstanding advantages and misplaced development, and strive to build a modern industrial system with Liaoning characteristics and advantages. Third, we must firmly grasp the practical path of promoting new industrialization. We must persist in promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and cultivating new quality productive forces, focusing on industries, projects, enterprises and parks.We will continue to work hard to consolidate the stock, expand the increment, extend the industrial chain and increase the added value, vigorously develop advanced manufacturing industries, cultivate new kinetic energy and form new advantages. Fourth, we must firmly grasp the driving force for promoting new industrialization. Scientific and technological innovation is the core power source of new industrialization.
