　　In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth CPC Central Committee and the decision-making arrangements of the 106th executive meeting in the State Council, comprehensively summarize and popularize the organization and implementation mechanism and research results of the key project on the causes and control of heavy air pollution (hereinafter referred to as the key project), and strengthen ozone (O_three) pollution prevention and control technology support, improve the fine particulate matter (PM)_2.5) and o_threeThe scientificity, accuracy and effectiveness of pollution collaborative prevention and control, combined with the action arrangement of eco-environmental science and technology assistance, our department will carry out PM._2.5And o_threeThe stagnation point tracking research work of "one city, one policy" for coordinated prevention and control of pollution, formulated the stagnation point tracking research work plan of "one city, one policy" for coordinated prevention and control of fine particles and ozone pollution (hereinafter referred to as "work plan", see Annex 1), set up stagnation point tracking research working groups in cities (see Annex 2), and organized advantageous units and excellent expert teams to go deep into the first line of cities for stagnation point tracking research and technical guidance.
